When undertaking a project in developing regions, AGV Construction focuses on its social and economic development responsibilities by involving the indigenous communities in the different phases of its work. We make it a point to recruit local workers and ensure they get proper training that allows us to transfer the needed skills and capacities. Consequently, local men who were previously unemployed, can become qualified and reliable heavy machinery operators, carpenters, helpers, iron benders, among others.
